How fast will I get a quote?

Do you handle Canada–US cross-border shipments?
Yes — and it's an area we know from direct experience. Our team has managed fleet operations across the U.S. and Canada simultaneously. We cover Windsor–Detroit, Fort Erie, Niagara–Buffalo, and other major corridors with customs coordination on both sides.
Will there be hidden fees on my invoice?
Never. We walk you through all costs — fuel surcharges, detention terms, accessorials — before a carrier is booked. What you're quoted is what you pay.
You're a new brokerage — why should I trust you?
PLG is new as a brokerage — we won't pretend otherwise. But the people running it are not new to this industry. Between our three founders: 310T certifications across all three, Volvo and Mack master tech qualifications, dealer-level experience across ZF, WABCO, and Cummins, TTC transit tech, a 450+ unit multinational fleet, and LTL startup operations on the U.S. East Coast. We became brokers because we've been on the receiving end of bad brokerage for too long.
What happens if something goes wrong in transit?
You hear from us first. We have documented exception protocols for delays, breakdowns, and cargo issues. You get the problem, what we're doing about it, and an estimated resolution time. No silence, no waiting for you to chase us down.
